Successfully completed and led the 40,000 hour Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 initiative for the Bank affecting 85 in-scope processes effectively impacting 2,300 employees. Responsibilities included project scoping, documentation, coordination of all testing, monitoring of test results, coordination of remediation activities / retesting, compiling the SAD, evaluating the significance of final deficiencies, compilation of Management’s assertion and regular communications with the Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Executive Management.

Solely responsible for building the Houston branch of a National IT Consulting Firm. Achieved profitability in a record 6 months. Responsible for growing the office to 50 employees during a 3 year tenture servicing some of the largest corporations in the Houston area.
