About Kaylin W.
As a curious and energetic artist with experience in feature animation and interactive experience design, my primary focus has always revolved around characters and creatures, and the way that they can connect with an audience. I am fascinated by storytelling above all else, and I seek to explore how the technical tools used in animation can empower artists to create beautiful and impactful art. I currently work as a Character FX artist for feature animation, creating dynamic set ups and doing shot work. Even outside of animation, I have a passion for anything creative-- from voiceover acting, to writing, to bookbinding. I am deeply interested in math and physics, and have been known on occasion to nerd out over pirate, knight, and scifi-fantasy stories with a lot of lore I can sink my teeth into.
