CurrentProject Director for the Leadership Exchange for Adolescent Health Promotion- Direct the staffing and budget of a CDC-funded project that supports multi-sector state teams in developing and implementing policy around health in schools- Develop work plans to meet project’s overarching goal to promote adolescent health in schools, including transitioning from an in-person training to a virtual one- Oversee the development of technical assistance products and events, including leading forums on engaging youth and parents, addressing misinformation, and building partnershipsDeputy Project Director for Adolescent Health Action Plan & Research Agenda- Collaborate with our client and the project team to set a vision for efforts to disseminate and engage communities in Take Action for Adolescents: A Call-to-Action for Adolescent Health and Well-Being™ as well as the development of an agenda to guide research on adolescent health- Oversee the day-to-day execution of project activities- Lead the project team in creating in-person and virtual meeting sessions to understand Take Action for Adolescents™- Coordinate with various organizations to support youth engagement in project effortsDeputy Project Director for New Insights for Sexual Health- Provide thought leadership in developing the partnership pipeline for supporting CDC’s efforts to prevent and treat sexually transmitted infections (STIs) among the public- Network and build relationships with a variety of potential allies and partners, including health workers, social service providers, policy-oriented organizations, and businesses- Guide staff in developing a virtual summit to support discussion and networking around STI prevention and treatment
