 Manage projects by requesting and evaluating bids, ordering materials, scheduling and managing crews to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.  Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors.  Oversee onsite proper installation of fire sprinkler systems, ensuring the appropriate tools and techniques are used.  Perform risk management while looking and eliminating potential safety risks.

• Design wet and dry fire sprinkler systems using HydraCAD in accordance with NFPA Standards. • Assess specification sheets, prepare submittals, and make direct contact to the fire marshal or AHJ during review process.• Field survey and coordinate installation with other contractors, subcontractors, and fitters.
