I started off my career as a traditional banker and gained an affinity for process optimization in highly regulated industries after moving out to San Francisco to work in fintech. Since those days, I have led multiple Salesforce implementation projects for various industries and company sizes. If you've worked with me, you know I am passionate about building operations in a format that scales with the company's future growth and eliminating manual processes and automating wherever possible so customer facing teams can do what we as humans are meant to do, connect with other humans. As a Salesforce leader, I am always increasing people's comfortability with tech around me and cultivating adoption of the Salesforce platform. I like to gain trust through showing not telling and turning complaints into opportunity. Outside of work, I enjoy coaching and motivating people in endurance sports.
