As the Manager of Corporate Partnerships for Mohegan Sun, my main responsibilities are to maintain current relationships with property and team sponsors, while sourcing additional partners that align with Mohegan Sun’s mission and vision. My goal is to bring your brand to life and expose our strong customer and fan base to what YOU have to offer! • Responsible for all aspects of planning and executing events that are open to the public and communityo i.e. Bingo After Dark, BBQFest, BrewFest, WineFest, Party on the Rooftop Concerts, Wild Wednesdays, charity galas, golf tournaments, holidays and concourse celebrations (including New Year’s Eve)• Coordinate details through Public Relations and Advertising to enhance and benefit to organization• Tasked with creating new events to add to marketing plan, with the goal of creating “buzz” around the propertyo i.e. Craft Beer Week, A Taste of the Sun, Chef Battle during Restaurant Week, interactive sport-driven games on Shops Concourse to drive awareness of key events in the Mohegan Sun Arena• Collaborate with upper management on marketing plan to determine which events are deemed revenue generating versus community events• Decide capacity/inventory for tickets sales for all events, adhering to Tribal and State regulations, while ensuring a successful-revenue generating event• Create and stick to approved budget for each event; based on previous event forecasting and post analysis• Provide Sponsorship fulfillment and schedule media efforts (web, print, and social) to drive awareness for all events• Negotiate entertainment, purchase, and rental contracts with external vendors• Develop signature golf tournament for Mohegan Sun Golf Club – inaugural event on September 27, 2014o Sold $10,000 worth of sponsorships to support this first time event

• Responsible for all aspects of planning and executing invite-only patron events within the casino; in excess of 150 event days per year.o Including, but not limited to, room design, invitation approval, menus, scheduling of staff, hiring appropriate entertainment, negotiating contracts, choosing gifts, registering guests, alerting and educating casino property for optimal customer service• Budgeting for individual events by month and fiscal year based on scheduling, level of client, and marketing plan as well as providing information for event forecasting to Marketing Analysis• Collaborating with various departments (Convention Services, Sponsorships, Catering, Public Relations, Regional Marketing, Internet, Advertising, Hotel, Sponsorships, Transportation, Direct Mail, Promotions, Purchasing) to enhance and benefits and transparencies for the entire organization• Oversee staffing and facilitate hiring and training for Special Events department and event staff• Research and assist in developing Holiday Décor installation and Tree Lighting Ceremony/Press Conference each yearo Coordinate installation and breakdown of all holiday décoro Currently responsible for bid process for replacement décor, budgeting for capital expenditures for next 3 fiscal years• Yield planning for on property space for all Special Events, Public Events, and Nightlife Events
