When it comes to my work, my passion is helping others communicate their passions. My strengths are communication, connection, and positivity. In the past, answering "what are you passionate about?" has been extremely difficult. I've gone with the flow and developed my career without consciously realizing the underlying theme: communication. When you look at my resume, you might say, "Well, duh!" But now that I can put a name to what I care about, I want to help you! I am constantly seeking opportunities to help others who are struggling to be effective or who feel misunderstood. If you care about something, I want to help you share that with others.I am an experienced Information Architect and Content Strategist with a focus in the high-tech industry with hardware and software. The key to helping others understand your message is to understand the listeners' perspectives. To understand this, I often focus on user advocacy, research, and behaviors. I currently use my communication skills as a technical writer who covers both internal process documentation and communications across the organization to heighten security awareness.Another area that I've been focusing on is understanding our relationship with technology.
