Role:Coordinate, Control, Manage, Support Network operations in the RegionTarget:Optimal network availability, Delivery of network quality  Ensure that Field Operations priorities, work strategies and SLAs are met and exceeded. Maintain good relationships with internal and external customers. Build up the required competence according to contract obligation in line with the needed delivery. Continuously drive for efficiency, improvements and excellence in service delivery. Ensuring team excellence via gap identification, Knowledge sharing and performance mgt Providing strategic initiatives to achieve operational efficiency in compliance with industry best practice.  Ensure Operational Expenditure are well utilized, optimized and within budget Develop and deploy service delivery strategies, guidelines that ensure efficiency, cost reduction and availability of skilled resources. Ensure that Field Operations Manager receives reports of Field Operations and / or other performance reports applicable to the service delivery on a scheduled basis. Operations Management, Service Delivery and Assurance for end to end operational efficiency, ensuring that service level agreements are achieved through diligent contract and partnership management, operational governance model and adhering to operations standards. ISM mgt to ensure the delivery of the desired network KPI. Daily Review of the Outage RCA with ISM and Team leads with focused resolution strategies Responsible for the delivery of implementation and maintenance operational activities in the region. Responsible for the co-ordination of the implementation and maintenance across the region Supervision of Sub-contractor to ensure that they deliver on SLA in the Region Resource planning and control of resources in the region Training and mentoring of subordinates to enhance their productivity – In house Training for Field Engineers both on Active and Passive equipment
