Use of integrated diagnosis system (IDS) to probe DTC's on engine management systems faults (EMS), Navigate through OASIS/PTS for symptoms codes to aid fault resolution.

Troubleshooting and rectification of electrical faults using circuit diagram & Diagnostic scanner (OBDII)Programming of ECU, BCM, ICU/Ign.key transponder using X.431 LUNCH Diagnosing and identification of faulty electronic sensors to correct engine electronic management system (EEMS).Repair of vehicle airconditioner system to perfection.

Job Description Scanner Maintenance / Operation. Routine/Daily preventive checks on mobile & fixed scanner.Perform daily routine maintenance checks on Mercedes Benz truck (Boom carrier). Perform checks on electrical/electronics systems in the technical cabin.Ensure CD-1 functionality & readiness for daily operations. Perform daily routine maintenance on 40KVA Power generator on-board mobile scanner.Check & prepare the Image Processing System (IPS) Ready for daily operations.Operating of X-ray Mobile / Fixed Scanner for cargo examination.

Receives customer vehicles, Listening to their complains, Raising a job order to document customer complains, Driving vehicles to the garage to effect repairs as per job order, Road-test the vehicle after repairs completion for quality check. Advise customers on handling of their vehicles for save motoring.
