Adopt integrated marketing approach (i.e. all available marketing medium) that will facilitate the awareness of the company’s services.4.Overall, the Logistics Head will work closely with various people both inside and outside of the company. He may seek feedback from customers to ensure their satisfaction. He may also negotiate with vendors to get the best rates possible on materials and moving services.
