Technical (Claims / Survey- Deputy Manager)Job Description • Review and acknowledge claims notifications received from the insured or broker• Maintain proper records of all claims notification and follows up logical conclusion• Keep on audit trail of all reported claims• Ability to manage a portfolio-Prompt review of reported claims and analyses of policy liability• Respond promptly and accurately to client or broker• Review of loss adjuster• Prompt request of claims supporting documents• Follow up with brokers / insured to complete the claim file documents and prepare the proposed settlement• Prepare claims files for management`s review and approval• Follow up on claim payments and communicate efficiently with the insured or brokers• Provide and deliver quality services to the insured or brokers• Promptly process and monitor the development of the outstanding claims provision• Prepare progress report on claims development and any other management claim report• Follow up with the insured / brokers to get updates on outstanding figures and claims status progress
