A strategy framework covering internal transformation and external citizen engagement. ● Initiated and drove adoption of Ekiti State ICT policy. ● Initiated the laying of fiber optics cable for FTTH service in Ado-Ekiti. ● Initiated the government LAN/WAN project to interconnect all government offices in Ado-Ekiti. ● Built and operated the first government data centre. ● Initiated the Safe City project of surveillance cameras in Ado-Ekiti. ● Initiated discussions with the National Identity Management Commission towards implementation of the Ekiti State Citizens Information Management System. ● Developed the Ekiti State water and sanitation master plan consisting of policy, draft law, and implementation roadmap. ● Drove and coordinated the water sector reform team. Co-chaired by Engr. Ernest Ndukwe and Mr. Jim Ovia, the committee was inaugurated by President Jonathan on September 20, 2012. Mandated to develop strategies and plans for accelerating Nigerians broadband penetration as a driver of economic growth and social development. Participated actively in the committee’s work, provided state insight into the overall plan.
