We lunched a youthful platform that tackles all forms of violence and extremism and equips our youths to become change makers within their immediate communities.Our Theory of Change was based on the premise that if more youths were involved in meaningful activities that engage their desire to belong, make a difference, and be heard, then their likelihood of participating in violent conflict will decrease.This is a pervasive social app with combined features of social media and a gamification model where youths address conflict, embrace their differences, challenge hate and discrimination, to position youths for peace building initiatives within the real world and online spaces.#Battle4Humanity is a social pervasive game to end violent conflict, it goes beyond the game app online to a real world social movement.It's an innovative approach and people in foreign policy are already talking about it.

Leading on the development of the CIBN web portal, we focused at overhauling all manual business processes into a synchronized digital process. Our aim was to run over 80% of business operations over a secured web platform.Phase 1• Migrating the archive manual database sheets to a more robust relational database accessible via the web portal over a secured login session where all Nigerian bankers would update their information to maintain consistent up-to-date records with the institute new records policy. • Built a vibrant e-Commerce enabled web portal where members of the institute could interact via the website to process payments of yearly dues, registration/examination fees, result checking, book for lectures/events and certificate/awards.
