I worked as a coach since 2000 while working as the Chief of Hiring, Human Resources for a worldwide well-known luxury brand company. June 2002, I became independent as a professional coach. Then, in April 2003, I started my own company offering seminars, corporate training, and business & personal coaching as a Certified Professional Coach(PCC/ICF-2004). I also became a certified trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) in 2005 and the MCC (ICF) certification in 2006; I have been interested in the brain science approach to coaching. My coaching career for 21 years, but since 2005, I have been offering numerous seminars, training, lectures, corporate training, executive coaching, and business coaching programs for 16 years, focusing on the scientific approach to coaching. In particular, I have a proven track record in corporate training programs, have implemented training programs for several years for some of the largest companies in Japan's industry. And also, for personal clients. In my coaching and seminars for individuals, I offer "Tsukkomi-ai," which means "Love of Tsukkomi (=kind of Effective Question)," to help each rebuild, optimize or create their own "brain strategy" to maximize personal value and realize a happy and prosperous life.
