Responsible for delivering BAL brand marketing strategy to firmly position the brand as market leader in professional tile adhesives sector. Led brand marketing team supported by external creative agencies. Accountable for marketing budget. Developed and introduced new product launch gateway system.

Responsible for researching and marketing specific Vymura branded and licensed wall covering ranges such as Jeff Banks, Benetton, Royal Doulton, and Disney across multiple and independent DIY channels.
