KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Ensure all internal M&E related online systems and databases including data flow are functional and supportive to regular monitoring and reporting needs of the organisation.• Coordinate with other in-house departments, the relevant unit at WaterAid UK on issues related to Project Centre (global online platform) and perform System Administrator’s role as assigned by UK.• Provide technical support to other team members assigned as dedicated M&E focal to different programmes on matters related to upgradation or modification in the system.• Share responsibilities with other colleagues in the team to deliver M&E related training and operational guidance to partner NGOs on data entry, output monitoring and reporting progress using online system.• Coordinate and implement rolling out plan related to change in existing online databases, data entry system and reporting format; and follow up on the progress.• Promote the use of online database management platforms to conduct small surveys and build PNGO capacity on the use of those platforms.• Ensure that all projects of the country programme are gradually brought under online (mobile phone based) online monitoring system.• Undertake field visits with 20% time to be allocated for monitoring project activities; while 80% time to be used for monitoring data quality, data validation and system related troubleshooting.• Design and ensure the use of appropriate tools and procedures for data validation in the field; undertake internal data validation and ensure quality support to external data validation for all high-risk projects that involve payment by result approach. • Support donor reporting, six-monthly and annual reports, annual updates (planning) and quarterly progress review through programme performance reflection (PPR) workshops.• Prepare dashboards, graphs and other related visuals using Power BI business analytics reporting tools
