I manage and oversee the full product lifecycle for 23 security products offerings including web application firewalls, intrusion detection, log management and multi-factor authentication for mitigating dwell time and rapid remediation. Following the acquisition of Datapipe, I was responsible for leading security and networking product integrations across public and private clouds ensuring reliability, security, and end-to-end customer support. In collaboration with marketing and operations teams, I drive solution strategy, planning, and design to ensure differentiated, highly competitive, and leading edge solutions in an extremely competitive marketplace. I develop content for marketing collateral and sales training to ensure successful product launches and support. I monitor product roadmap and feature enhancements and develop value propositions for client base. I research and analyze emerging market security trends and needs, compliance requirements and technologies. Currently, I manage 15 third-party vendors and ensure all agreements are in compliance with Rackspace security standards. I optimized and improved internal documentation to effectively serve both internal and external customers.I report to the Director of Product for Security and am responsible for leading solutions and key go-to-market strategies to achieve strategic revenue objectives for the $60M Rackspace Technology Managed Security portfolio.

I was responsible for leading systems integration and operational processes for 2 high level security product lines ensuring product life cycle support and operational sustainability for 9 products. In partnership with cross-functional teams, I transitioned security segment from a traditional point solution model to primarily cloud-based services offering. I successfully grew all product segments and led product and process improvements resulting in reduced time-to-revenue and accelerated sales processes. In collaboration with Operation Engineers, I served as SME and effectively streamlined products and integrations through the design and documentation of processes and systems to meet stakeholder requirements. I worked closely with cross-functional teams to ensure key testing, documentation, and understanding of all product and feature requirements ensuring service and support readiness prior to product launch. I evaluated product updates, feature releases, and discontinuations to identify and communicate all potential impacts to internal systems and teams.

Reporting to the Product Manager, I was responsible for the operational business integration of all prioritized new products and systems for the Dedicated VMware vCloud and VMware vCenter product lines. I was responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle to develop effective product sales, implementation, and support. In partnership with sales and account managers, I identified product updates for all sales and support processes and led new product release training sessions for 50 team members to build team expertise and product support. I developed operational systems requirements for new products and features, documented product setups in multiple systems, hardware configurations for data center set up, and technical configurations for build teams. I designed, developed, and executed projects and operational improvements to successfully integrate new products. I performed root cause analysis of operational product issues, implementation processes, and system improvements. I led feature development and prioritization of the product roadmap in addition to customer segmentation, pricing and demand generation for key load balancer product offerings.

I was responsible for the development of training documentation and content management for the Rackspace product and services portfolio to support 30 Implementation Coordinators. I established and led training documentation for all portfolio products and services, SKUs, end-to-end process flows, and device-by-device instruction leading training efforts for both internal and external stakeholders. I designed and delivered training courses to 200 team members and new hires in order to expand role competency. I improved internal processes and procedures, shortened timelines, reduced error, and increased efficiency. I documented functional specifications, user features, deployment plans and processes for cloud hardware, networking, access management, security and compliance, and continuous integration.In partnership with the Product Team, I developed user-focused documentation, and support information to improve iterative designs and processes to ensure accurate documentation for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
