In my role as Marketing & Business Development Supervisor, I have a hand in a variety of marketing and management functions. I am responsible for the planning and facilitating of any sales activities and events, including but not limited to, conferences, networking events, client meetings and presentations. I oversee direct mail and outreach programs and the roll-out and analyzing of any advertising initiative. I am also the lead for the implementation, marketing, and on-going maintenance of the ProAct Prescription Discount Card program for over 200 participating entities. In addition, I am responsible for the contract management of all new and re-occurring contracts for our core PBM business partners.

In my role as Marketing Coordinator, I oversee and coordinate marketing initiatives to strengthen the company’s brand equity. I am responsible for the design, execution and implementation of internal and external marketing materials and strategies across all branches.

Responsible for the implementation and marketing of the ProAct Prescription Drug Discount Card Program. This includes the design and execution of all marketing and communication materials, as well as implementing utilization initiatives for over 200 counties and municipalities throughout the country. Accountable for the coordination of press events, and presentations.

In charge of the marketing and implementation the ProAct Prescription Discount Program to prospective counties and municipalities nationally. Supported and ran reports on current clients utilization while trying to enhance program awareness. Coordinated marketing, advertising, and communication materials such as flyers, brochures, posters and newsletters for the discount card program and PBM services. Responsible for organizing presentations and health fair tables.

As an advertising support clerk, I wore many hats; supporting the category managers and marketing department. I was responsible for in-store Ad Circular Process, communications, promotional and seasonal signage. In addition, a number of my duties included the creation of the ad copy, ad layout design and proofing, creation of production time tables and in-store ad batches.

Prepared and implemented store planograms, store communications and seasonal signage and plans. Worked closely with the category managers to be able to clearly communicate initiatives to the stores.

Contributed to the success of the company by assisting the store manager in executing store operations and daily tasks.
