She has co-authored several publications released in popular business management and psychology journals, and proudly sits on the Board of Advisors for the McColl School of Business' MSTOD program. She obtained her MS in Organizational Development (OD) and Executive Coaching Certificate at Queens University of Charlotte, and a BS in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology with minors in Business Management and Spanish from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
