Project ManagerSingle family residential project management, design, documentation, and presentation for project budgets ranging from $150k to $2.2m primarily in Seattle and King County.Client management and relationship-building, as well as direct coordination of multiple consultants and contractors at all stages of projects from design through construction. Manage and work alongside multiple small teams of designers for up to 10 projects at a time.Revit LeadVetting, managment, and updating the firm’s existing Revit templates and family resources.Develop a master tempalate file from which individual templates for each sector can begin.Create custom Revit families with specialized integrated scheduling, materiality, and graphics.Coordinate other Revit Lead’s efforts to maximize updates to template and roll-out.

Assist architects in design, documentation, and presentation with owners and user groups. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors at all stages of projects including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. With the design intent of the architect in mind, manage members of the team in design and drafting of details and drawings necessary for construction. Day to day management of single and multi-family residential, mixed use, and university projects from discretionary permits to building permitting and construction administration.

Ensure safe environment for patrons and other guards, work well with a team of professionals, personal interaction with patrons, current Lifeguard and First Aid certifications with American Red Cross.

Worked as a member with the firm covering all parts of the profession including site visits, interactions with clients, contractors, and engineers, initial design charettes, 3D modeling small projects, drafting in AutoCAD, interpretation of code & assessing potential violations, redlining documents, permit application process, AIA contract drafting.

Work with students in discussion to better understand concepts covered in lecture with a focus on the implications of lighting, acoustics, and water waste for architectural design.
