About Kay Sterner, Mais, Acc
Second half of life and leadership development coach for professionals and seekers. My not so secret agenda is to help create better senior leaders, and elders, to serve our children and young adults. Over the last 8 years as a coach I have worked with public, private, and nonprofits leaders and high performers who work on the world's juiciest problems. It's exciting stuff, and I wouldn't want to be doing anything else. Prior to coaching I helped to raise over $15 million dollars for research and education, co-founded a successful nonprofit fiscal sponsor for artists, published articles on federal policy, copy edited one of the top policy and management journals, wrote website copy, served as a research assistant, and helped develop a corporate wellness center prototype. What they all have in common is my passion for developing people, stories, and organizations. My training includes a Master's Degree in Comparative Religion and an ACC accreditation from the International Coach Federation. I’m currently working on my PCC accreditation.
