Kay is a seasoned business and human resources executive with more than 30 years of experience in human resources spanning key HR disciplines at all stages of an organization’s growth. She prefers the start-up/early stages and high growth phases of the organization’s lifecycle for the faster pace and greater opportunities to experiment and learn. She’s participated in multiple start-ups and in multiple M&A transactions on both sides of the equation, buy side and sell side, participating in or leading due diligence efforts for HR and administrative functions, as well as leading employee integration activities post deal closure.
