I recently graduated with my Master's of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Texas Women's University in Denton, TX. Previously, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Edward's University in Austin, TX. During my Master’s training, I received the opportunity to work as an Intern Therapist at a variety of mental health clinics in the DFW area. I gained experience co-leading groups, managing and documenting client progress, and collaborating with different departments, including: social services, law enforcement, and medical staff. Working as a therapist has allowed me to practice my values of equity, advocacy, community, and accessibility, while engaging in strict ethical principles and HIPAA compliance. In my free time I enjoy playing with my dog, running, and spending time with loved ones.
