About Kaytlin Perry, Mba
Currently I am solely managing all aspects of Loyal Perry Builders, and I own/operate my two businesses (1) Migizi Management and (2) KP Getaways. Migizi Management is a property acquisition and residential rental management. KP Getaways is an independent travel agent that plans and manages all levels of travel from businesses, personal, family, and other specific travel needs. Previously, I worked with the NHBP as the Administrative Assistant to the CEO. I have several years of experience in legal documentation, administration, team leadership and customer care, and ten (10) years in customer service, management, research, processes and improvements, and coordination. I also worked with the NHBP Gaming Commission as a Licensing Specialist. I worked to help license employees with FireKeepers Casino Hotel. Previous to FKCH I worked for Miller-Davis. I administered to all contracts between Owner's, Contractor's and/or Architect's. I also worked closely with my supervisors to develop process improvements internally. I am a main point of contact for anything project, contract, insurance related, along with several other duties as needed. I previously served as Tribal Liaison between the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi, The Skillman Corporation, and the Contractor's. There were specific regulations as to tribal work force for each Contractor and I was to oversee all Contractor's in obtaining the proper man power and the general oversight as needed from tribal members. My enthusiasm, strong administration and communication skills have proven me to be a successful and devoted professional. I am always looking for ways to help improve the company that I am working for. I believe in ongoing education whether it is to obtain a degree or to benefit your employer in your current position. I am currently enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University and have obtained my Masters in Business Administration (MBA), and now am working toward my degrees in Environmental Science with a concentration in Natural Resources and Conservation, and my degree in Geology. On the side I am part of the Kalamazoo Area Runners. Running is a passion of mine and I participated in my first triathlon in 2017! I also work with livestock, poultry and train in english dressage and western when hired for training or as a farm hand.
