Talk to the PL for the feedback of employee at the time of increment.14. Convincing the candidates for the decided increment amount.15. Preparing Attrition Sheet.Payroll Activities:1. Get Tax Declaration from employees.2. Attendance Preparation.3. BA Compliance Sheet preparation.4. EPF Challan generation.5. ESIC Challan generation.6. Salary Preparation.7. Salary Transfer Sheet preparation.8. Taking care of addition and deletion of employees under Personal Accidental Insurance.

Processing monthly attendance muster for workers, trainees & officers.4. Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, issue various types of letters, etc.5. Handle Exit formalities and Preparation of full and final settlement generation of Experience Letters, Relieving Letters.6. Handle Joining Formalities and Induction schedule of New Joiner.7. Helping the seniors do performance appraisal in a better way by adopting better appraisal practices.8. Processing monthly Payroll input to Payroll Department for Salary processing.

1. Searching candidates from the relevant portal and other sources of candidate.2. Lining up candidates for interview.3. Develop & updating of Job descriptions by coordinating with head of departments. 4. Preparing job specification according to the requisition.5. Responsible for drafting recruitment advertisements and selection of media.6. Conducting telephonic interview and initial screening of candidates.7. Scheduling interviews with department heads and calling candidates for interview.8. Coordinating with the recruitment tests and interview process.9. Managing the recruitment database and interview filing system.10.Completing pre-hiring and post hiring formalities including - raising the offer letter, induction, initial contract agreement preparation, sharing the HR policy and other joining formalities.
