I am a team-oriented person who enjoys working towards shared objectives. Moreover, I am a natural leader capable of motivating and training staff in a supportive and non-threatening manner. My experiences in my current and previous employments have demonstrated that I am comfortable setting my own agenda and working towards goals.My specialities include negotiating contracts with third-party suppliers and maintaining ongoing working relationships with them. I have been heavily involved in Rollout Projects and have successfully Project Managed testing involvement on a global scale. After conducting an initial discovery phase to establish the current state of play, I then designed a transformation programme and walked this round over 100 senior individuals for their feedback and buy in. This was then ratified by the Technical and Business Steering Committees and commenced rollout. I ran an RFP for Vendor assistance to deliver the programme.I then conducted Town Halls in India, China and Hong Kong to delivery the message and strategy. I implemented classroom training on Testing Best Practice, Early Engagement, Risk Based Testing and Automation in London, China and India.The programme is now up and running and making significant quality improvements and also sustainable savings. We are on target to save $20m by the end of the programme.Chair of the Management Office for the "Balance Network", a gender balanace and career development network within HSBC.
