- I visit all NSW David Jones department stores which stock the following labels:TALULAH, TALULAH SWIM & RESORT, STEVIE MAY, ISLA.

Until Now Fashion is a Pop up shop and online store.- We sell labels from House of Quirky.- I manage the social media pages, update the online store, advertise, train and hire new team members for the pop up shops.- Drop off new arrivals to pop up shops- Assist in bumping in and out of locations

- Merchandising for House of Quirky labels such as Minkpink, Staple the label, Hunt no more, Quirky Circus, Paint it red, & Lost Girls.- Visiting all David Jones and Myer department stores in NSW- Ensuring new stock is out on the shop floor- Correct signage and adequate amount of brand signage is displayed- Liaising with Sales Managers to ensure the brand is getting enough exposure within the store- Re-freshing the merchandising from the week before and ensuring key items are visible.

To ensure consistency with the company brand and image, ensuring every item is accounted for on a planogram and best sellers are positioned correctly in store and on the displays, creating weekly markdown spreadsheets and setting up the markdown prices in futura, organising floor- plan layouts, communicating with buyers on visual aspects of their ranges, creating innovative ideas of displaying product: ie merchandising in a way so its possible for the shopper to co-ordinate & accessorize matching items, ensuring timely delivery of all acrylics props and planograms, setting up new stores and allocating fixtures and planograms, maximising the space and layout of the stores, designing window displays for our larger format stores, monthly store visits to ensure company standards are being upheld, designing and sourcing new fixtures for in-store and for promotions and special events, ordering current acrylics and fixtures from suppliers, putting together the Sale and Christmas Instruction packs for stores (100+ pages). Contributions to the company: - Created the company Visual merchandising guidelines - This is given to every team member to read before beginning their first shift. - Trained the Visual Merchandiser for Diva international - Trained the Visual Merchandiser for Lovisa (another BBRC brand). - Designed the fire emergency exit for the head office.
