And also investigate variances against budgets and provide analysis of differences.- Monthly scrutiny of ledger transactions, establishing and executing internal controls over the company’s accounting and financial procedures- Overseeing payroll process and ensure PAYE, VAT & Pension returns are timely filed & remitted- Ensure appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained- Reviewing costing of raw material for production, both local & import- Treasury management including banks relationships and negotiations/management of facilities- Manage both internal and external auditors on audit related matters- Reviewing the monthly inventory report on variances between physical inventory count and thesystem balances and investigating reason for differences and recommending a corrective measure.- Any other functions from the Head of Finance.
