Travelstart is Africa’s leading online travel agency that helps today’s business and leisure travelers search, compare and book the best flight, bus, hotel, car hire, holiday packages and activities all in one place. • Optimized the overall app search flow on Android and iOS to improve the mobile booking experience and increase the conversion rate, while updating the UI to utilize relevant native patterns and to be more consistent with the developing design system. 1. Increase in search rate on both IOS (14%) and Android (8%) 2. Users can complete their location and date search faster than before without delays. 3. Increase in booking rate by 5%.• Responsible for the creative direction and idea generation for the rebranding, videos that helped with sensitising our customers during the Covid-19 pandemic and also supported in providing creative content to engage customers while they stayed home. This helped to keep the Travelstart name at the top of mind for customers during and after the pandemic.
