Standard, Process & Guidelines:•Preparation/revision/re-engineering of processes, procedures and standards for Planning, Site Design, Implementation, Core Network Roll-out, Operation, IT Data Centre. Site Audit & Quality:•Quality audit on infrastructures, installation works (indoor/ outdoor on rooftop/ tower/core/data centre), configuration and functionality of network elements including power equipment in order to assure that set standards are maintained during implementation and O&M (preventive, corrective, fault handling).•Preparing statistical report on quality & performance and recommendations on the basis of short & long term.
