I help refugees and migrants settle in Australia. I undertake an over-the-phone or face-to-face assessment of the clients and refer them to the case managers for further assistance. I do admin jobs and data entry for all the clients and submit them to Services Australia for essential services such as Centrelink and Medicare.

Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate safety hazards and educate workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocols. Analyse blueprints, ensure construction projects meet design and safety and budget specifications, and liaise between actual site issues and the design and management team.

To organize workshops and engagement events with clients to increase usage of Office 365 and provide training to clients to inform them of features of Office 365 and how to use it efficiently.
