My name is Kazim Khan, I am a driven Biology major with a pre-vet track seeking internship opportunities to apply my expertise in Biology and Chemistry to diverse projects. I have completed coursework in Bio 151, 152, 300, Chem 101, 102, Bio Lab 101, 102, and Chem Lab 101, 102, equipping me with a strong foundation in the sciences. My hands-on experience includes roles as a Vet Assistant/Customer Advisor at Vetco, where I honed my customer service skills and assisted with pet care and medical procedures.Furthermore, I actively engage in campus organizations such as Developing Men of Color, the Pakistan Student Association, and the Pre-vet Club, demonstrating leadership and community involvement. Certified in workplace readiness and having volunteered with VACU RPS SAVES, I possess a diverse skill set including strong customer service abilities, proficiency in money handling and mathematical concepts, and adept problem-solving skills, and using my expertise in laboratory work and safety to use.I am eager to leverage my academic background and practical experience to contribute meaningfully to research initiatives and further develop my expertise in Biology and Chemistry.
