Not limited to selling fashion, electronics, beauty, home & baby but also food and grocery products online in UAE and KSA.Responsibilities:• Performing duties as a Team Leader leading the operation shift to achieve business objectives.• Conducting team briefing to update members on best practices of safety & Quality and continuing expectations• Having in-depth knowledge of our products & operating procedures and providing my service as a process captain as well.• Generating and sharing comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines with shift and operation managers.• Performing and Assisting the outbound operations and rectifying the WMS issue to help Tech team to resolve it.• Supporting Retail and Market Place Items to process the order on time to clear the CPT.• Providing support to CS and SS team via Zen-desk Ticket to resolve customer issue and provide better customer experience.• Executing UAT (User Acceptance Test) to evaluate the WMS consistency.• Providing support to pick and pack departments to achieve goals and objectives effectively & efficiently.• Operating advance user software’s to increase company performance.• Helping customer service and Tech team to give great customer experience.• Keeping an eye on the customer orders to achieve company goals and increase revenue.

Responsibilities:• Manage, process, and track customer orders to ensure accuracy, and timely dispatch of online orders.• Ensure quality checks for the orders.• Picking and sorting of all the items in based on categories• Segregation of customer orders based on each invoice• System updates for the ready to dispatched items
