I'm a specialized Physiotherapist in Muskuloskeletal disorders. I have a special interest in Endurance Training and Sportsphysiotherapy in the field of endurance sports, like Trailrunning, Triathlon and Cycling. I started my own private practice for Physiotherapy. Besides being a physio I am also a certified ESA Trail- and Mountainrunning guide, who coaches runners with a special interest in offroad running. From 2021, I started a new Trailrunning business with the name TrailrunLab. Furthermore, I have experience in Orofacial Physiotherapy, Dry Needling, Medical Taping, Functional Orthonomics and Integration, Sports- and Manual Physiotherapy. My own sporting background is endurance- and outdoorsports, so I'm happy to see (Trail)-runners, road cyclist & mountainbikers, climbers and skiers/snowboarders. Everything that has to do with altitude sports in a alpine environment has my biggest interest. And besides that I'm a 3rd degree black belt Aikidoka who teaches the Japanese martial art of Aikido on a regular base. Patients with injures due to martial arts are in good hands too.From my background as an alpine-endurance athlete (trail running, climbing, snowboarding) and Aikido teacher, I can combine my training knowledge with my other passion Physiotherapy. I did many courses to complete my approach in treatment.
