About Me 🔹With over 7 years of dedicated experience in the development and humanitarian field as a Health Information Systems (HIS) professional supported by WFP, UNICEF, UNHCR, GAC, DFAT-Aus, BRAC-USA, SDC, IDRC etc. My journey in this sector has been driven by a passion for leveraging data to enhance healthcare delivery and improve operational efficiencies.🔹 Professional Experience 🔹1st April 2024, I was promoted to Deputy Manager, HIS, where I oversee the maintenance and enhancement of 13 health facilities, 11 camps community health activities and 6 MHPSS center activities. Here, I ensure the completeness and accuracy of digital health records, data cleaning and manage clinical databases to facilitate seamless data integration and retrieval. My role also involves supervising and mentoring HIS staff.I began my career with IBCS-Primax Software BD Limited as a Junior Programmer at the largest railway workshop in Bangladesh, located in Saidpur, Nilphamari. In this role, I developed strong communication skills by interacting with various stakeholders. This experience also allowed me to gain valuable knowledge in documentation within a dynamic working environment.Subsequently, in 2018, I joined BRAC as a Project Officer, MIS and Reporting. Here, I have acquired extensive knowledge in capacity building through the facilitation of FGDs, KIIs, satisfaction surveys, and engagement with multiple sectors. I have sharpened my collaboration skills with a diverse array of stakeholders and agencies, both internal and external. Additionally, I have also established effective linkages among project staff through the implementation of an M&E framework. In 2022, I have been promoted to Senior Officer MIS and Reporting. I have gathered knowledge on data collection tools, method, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization with Power Bi, conduct Data Quality Assessment (DQA), MEAL plan, preparation of project Result Framework (RF) etc.🔹 My Vision 🔹I am committed to advancing health information management practices that contribute to better healthcare outcomes.
