I've worked as a consultant with orgs such as UNICEF, MSF, Google and Tesla on projects that matter, but my real joy comes from helping purpose driven people and teams to use AI to make a difference more effectively, quicker, and easier than ever before. I'm passionate about bringing playful, fun, experiential and powerful experiences and programs to nonprofits around the world, to unleash their biggest ideas and boldest ambitions. 🌏 From a small Idea to a Global MovementBefore focussing on the world of AI with Plai, I started my career as the co-founder of the Ration Challenge. I've navigated the same tight budgets, resource constraints, and high expectations that many in the sector face daily, helping lead a team that turned a small idea into a global campaign raising over $60 million. I'm also the founder of the social impact agency, Starling, supporting teams to revolutionise their approach to fundraising, strategy, innovation, people and culture, and learning. With these experiences comes a profound appreciation for the nonprofit sector's challenges and the tenacity and creativity needed to overcome them.
