While in mortgage tech, on the workflow team, I helped design and engineer workflow that ensure successful manufacturing of mortgages while reducing friction and improving user and customer experience through messaging, alerts, and work steps. Led collaborative end-to-end project implementation and acted as a subject matter expert on implementing solutions for stakeholders.

While in Mortgage Technology department, I resolved enhancements and fix requests from Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts through system analysis, operational procedures, and providing support while learning the foundation and basis of our system's design and tools.

While in Transaction Management department, I utilized Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines to confirm loans were sufficient enough to push forward to Underwriting review.

While in Loan Processing department, I obtained third party documentation for Consumer Direct loans. Also collaborated with Underwriters and Loan Originators to assemble adequate loans for funding.
