About Kazoua Berry

I am finally understanding what it means to truly own my own business. There are challenges in actively expanding my health coach practice while juggling life with three ambitious and energy filled children. I am grateful I have the best husband in the world to help me through this. I am an ACE certified personal trainer and health coach and I have my Masters of Exercise Science. I am using my childhood experiences with how my mom taught me to cook and understand what food and nature does to my body. I love to cook, feed people, and teach people about food.I look forward to helping people learn more about their bodies and bring healing to their relationships with food and movement without forcing people on a diet. I just don't think diets are sustainable and I don't think it works. It sounds like a taboo for someone in this industry to say something like this about something that is so lucrative.
