• Manage social media organic posts, paid campaigns and pages for SCORR and its clients weekly
• Build our social media monitoring and listening capabilities as an expanded service offering, and manage social media monitoring and listening capabilities ongoing for SCORR and its clients
• Monitor and collect analytics for social media, paid search, email, content downloads and leads ongoing and provide recommendations based on analytics
• Assist in designing and updating SCORR Board Monthly Performance Reports, Quarterly Trends Reports and other one-off reports for SCORR and its clients
• Conduct ongoing research on social media trends, platform and related services as related to SCORR's primary industries and clients, and assist in continuous education for SCORR staff with research

• Collaborate with Video Director and Production Coordinator to provide elements for video, still, and motion graphic needs with an emphasis on modern, clean, and intentional design.
• Assist the Video Director in editing weekly videos including promotional videos, story videos, and message bumpers.
• Assist the Video Director in basic production of video content for services, events, and other church ministry needs.
• Design visual content for online social media in collaboration with the Social Media Coordinator.
