-Served to the customers from various countries for smooth and comfortable departures or arrivals in the international airport, as liaison between customers and local agents.Handled claims from the customer, interacted polite and kind service even very demanding customers with excellent language and communication skill.-Leaded 50 members of the group of local agent and trained them for Japanese language and manners.
