The future of logistics from my view is to understand the data (customer needs) and be proactive (understand the needs even before they exist) and to work and communicate cross functional with the other divisions in the company - in order to have an overview that will help each other Some of my daily routines- communication cross functional- order management for 4 countries - data analysing but also cleaning obsolete data- purchasing from internal and external suppliers- forecasting / budgeting (BlueYonder / Manuguistics)The division I work for have grown significantly since the pandemic started and being proactive in most of the tasks have helped me communicate the overview and the challenges aheadThe flow for me have been to understand the goods receiving, the warehouse personnel, sales requests, finance aspects to budgeting and logistics in order to be efficient but also cost effective.It is important to be humble and invite people to join the communication
