• Support the Head of Trade Marketing, Trade Marketing Manager and Head of Sales Operations in commercial in the development of marketing strategy and promotion of products. I help develop and deliver campaigns and awareness to customers across all stores and online while working to ensure consistent messaging and creative style across the business aligning with our own brand guidelines and the brand guidelines of other companies (like LEGO, Disney, Pokémon)• Create marketing plans across GAME’s channels. Activity will last a certain amount of time and get various space both in store and online. This activity costs money and a rate card is produced through this. Produce evidence of marketing activity in presentations and keep up to date with all channels and what’s happening in stores.• Assist in managing the delivery of Trade Events driving budget and process efficiencies within the business (Insomnia gaming festival, our own product roadshow and mangers conference)• Giving detailed briefs to the design team to create posters, social media content, banners and spots on the website. This includes intelligent product placement to drive a maximum conversion rate. Deciding where on the website and in store a product promotion should be placed so it achieves maximum impact.• Speak and meet with suppliers to discuss and propose marketing plans – produce insight reports and product reports to prove the marketing done has had an impact
