Spreading the joy of fitness to little ones ages 2-8 through playing soccer along with teaching character traits. Grateful to be given the chance to help little ones learn these important life skills that will last them a lifetime!

Assistanting the owner of the company as needed for the business to run efficently as well as completing day to day tasks such as: answering the phone, filing, creating PO’s and placing orders, scanning, copying, etc. Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks are programs used daily. Setting up accounts with vendors, researching information, setting up appointments and managing the supervisors calendar are also tasks completed daily.

• Supervised fourteen employees and the adherence of the curriculum. Designed and implemented the application and selection process for students. • Developed an employee policies and procedure handbook, and implemented semi-annual performance reviews.• Managed the preschool program budget; furnished data and made recommendations in preparation for the annual budget, assessed the fiscal needs of the program with committee. Made periodic reports to the board on the financial status of school and maintained complete and accurate records as required by the state.• Ensured the maintenance and safety of the school building according to local procedures and state licensing requirements; consulted with local authorities to insure compliance and recommended appropriate changes in building safety (i.e. implemented security camera system in school)• Ordered inventory and maintained all supplies and equipment safety.• Facilitated staff meetings and conferences.
