Kunal Bagla, is the Founder & CEO of Arcgate Technologies LLP, a 2500+ people strong IT and BPO company headquartered in Udaipur, Rajasthan (India).He was born in Udaipur, and did his schooling from The Doon School. Kunal went on to study Information Systems and Business Honors at The University of Texas at Austin.Kunal has extensive experience in technology consulting, product development and startups. Till 2005, he was part of the management team at Deloitte Consulting, Houston, practicing in the Technology Integration Services Group. In that role he was responsible for defining and implementing the IT and Outsourcing strategy at some of the largest US companies. He went on to build Arcgate, with the vision to deliver high quality IT and BPO services to the next generation of startups leading innovation. Over the last 18+ years, Arcgate has worked with more than fifty startups, three of whom have had successful IPOs on Nasdaq.Kunal represents Arcgate in a number of external venues. He currently serves as Chairman, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Udaipur Zone, and Co-Convenor of Rajasthan State Panel on Startup, Innovation & IT. He is also a member of the CII National Committee on IT & ITeS. He is an active member of YPO (Young Presidents' Organization). He is a past member of The University of Texas Information Systems Steering Committee. Kunal also served on the Finance Committee of Seva Mandir, one of India’s leading non-profit organization. Kunal has been recognized as the Best Young Entrepreneur in India by Dun and Bradstreet (D&B), the leading business credit rating agency in the world. Under his leadership, Arcgate has received many recognitions. The most recent ones being: Best Services Exporter (Small) in India by ECGC (Govt. of India), Best Small and Medium Enterprise in IT and ITeS by D&B, and Diversified Staffing Achievement Award by ICICI.
