I a a responsible for overseeing all aspects of production on the 2nd shift during the 4th quarter of 2019. Ensured daily production goals were met, quality of the product was maintained, as well as ensuring employee issues were addressed appropriately.

Currently in the role of Production Lead overseeing soft books, cards and calendar cells. Working in a true 5S and lean manufacturing environment. I've been writing job instructions, work flow charts and ensuring all cells are set up in a 5S environment. This is in preparation for the upcoming 4th quarter. I'm also responsible for running the equipment daily to ensure our production goals are met. I've also cross-trained in other cells within the facility and am responsible for training of both current employees as well as all incoming employees during the 4th quarter.

Input production job settings into workstation terminals that control automated printing systems. Troubleshoot, maintain, and make minor repairs to equipment. Measure and examine produced products in order to locate defects, and to check for conformance to specifications; adjust controls as necessary to alter products.
