Took over technical leadership after 3 most experienced team members had left team. We shipped multiple on-time releases of www.playmemoriesonline.com including a major rebuild. Our team was also responsible for a ‘Cross Development Platform’ research platform for building mobile applications with web technologies. We're developing an application to leverage social networks to engage people in social and political activism. Our application is written in Ruby on Rails, and I work on things throughout the stack from database architecture up through the frontend of html and javascript. I've developed and continue to work on a large part of our logging framework, allowing us to track how are users are interacting with our application in real time.One major focus has been scalability, during my time here we've gone from 12 million users to over 90 million, with close to 35 million active within any given month.
