My practice focuses on litigation primarily in civil rights, municipal law, insurance defense, personal injury and wrongful death claims, medical malpractice, premises liability and intentional torts. For the entirety of my practice, I have defended municipalities and municipal employees with respect to actions including, but not limited to, claims involving excessive force, false arrest, Monell claims, and employment discrimination. In addition, I also have extensive experience representing and defending corporations throughout Ohio in premises liability, civil rights, employment litigation and personal injury matters.The remainder of my practice is devoted to medical malpractice, wrongful death and personal injury claims. As a member of SMBP's Medical Malpractice & Personal Injury group, I work to aggressively pursues medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death cases while maintaining a professional and compassionate relationship with injured, grieving, or otherwise impaired individuals. SMBP’s staff includes attorneys, paralegals , a nurse paralegal and administrative assistants who work diligently to develop each case and keep the client informed of its status. I am readily available to answer telephone calls, emails, or engage in conversation as the lawsuit progresses.
