- Strategic business partner to Senior Leadership for Operations, IT and Corporate Site Services to support over 650 employees domestically on all client-facing functions: leadership coaching, training and development, organizational planning, employee relations, budget and operations, and HR metrics and tools- Coordinate annual performance appraisal process for all domestic business units, partnering with HR team to execute successful system testing, employee communication, manager training and data analytics- Consult in planning and implementation of business unit restructures and reorganizations to support business objectives- Support internal and external audits - OFCCP, EEO, CSR, RBA, ISO and customer audits- Partner with management on employee relations, including investigations, performance management and development opportunities- Use data to inform and guide decisions and processes with as much transparency and consistency as possible- Lead Hillsboro Wellness and Site Committees, Employee and Community Engagement Programs, and Employee Morale Teams, managing a budget for over 800 employees- Work collaboratively with HR team to refine processes, policies and programs to comply with law requirements and meet the needs of the business

- Develop and implement strategic and innovative volunteer recruitment processes to meet Intel’s global goal of 40% volunteer involvement- Organize and coordinate team-building projects for business groups ranging from 5 to 300 people to support corporate commitment to community engagement and volunteerism- Prepare and present informative and interactive presentations to internal and external audiences on Intel technology - Manage volunteer database, including project creation, reporting and data analysis- Strengthen partnerships with 100+ non-profit organizations and school districts to support Intel’s license to operate
