This is providing a more user friendly experiencing and eliminating another system without SSO! In 2020, continued to implement/oversee change with adding a Workday Governance Model around Tier 1, 2, & 3 support. Proper SLA's were also put in place around not only support time frame, but also incorporated WD notification and inbox clean up.Implemented HR Ops Metrics for all my departments to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers. Also assisting with root cause analysis and re-education or change management if needed. Implement a successful People Services Reset around building a strong tier 1 foundation. (This includes proper auditing, scorecards, training program w/ assessments, along with bench-marking metrics.)Successfully define standard payroll processing, eliminating the need for more than 1 off cycle schedule.Developed and implemented a standard redeployment application using Microsoft Power Apps, giving our leaders/employees the insight they needed to put in availability, posting a need, as well as assigning shifts with proper reporting/security.Developed, implemented, and ran a successful 'employee first' Furlough LOA Program in WD to ensure accuracy on pay, reporting, and EE demographics throughout the COVID-19 pandemic period. In 2019, went from 6 systems to 1 by successfully implemented WD HCM (including contingent staff), Payroll, Advanced Comp., Benefits, Performance Management, Recruitment, Provisioning integration, & Time Tracking on time and on budget. In 2018, built out an employee onboarding experience which incorporates background check/compliance, and EE health pre-employment pieces at one time eliminating the need for 2/3 follow up visits after their first day of employment.
