Current- Responsible for designing, developing and implementing strategic organizational development initiatives across the organization to support growth goals.- Promote a high-performance culture that elevates individual confidence and pride through disciplined strategic process adherence vs reactionary transactional response.- Develop and implement professional development programming for all levels of staff.- Responsible for designing and facilitating on-boarding programs, general employee development, technical, and supervisory/management training and leadership development.- Review financial data, sales and activity reports, other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement. - Work with marketing department to assist with priorities and initiatives that help drive the right outcomes for improved marketing campaigns for all facets of the business.
